Land grading is essentially leveling a surface. Dirt from higher elevation is moved into the lower areas to create a level surface that can serve as the foundation for a variety of projects.
Land can be graded level or slightly sloped depending on your need. For example, if you want to build a large parking area, you’ll likely want a nice flat surface on which to lay gravel. However, if you want to channel water runoff away from your house, you need the land graded on a slope so that the water runs down away from your home.
We understand that every piece of land is different. There is much diversity in natural grading, soil types, and brush/vegetation. We also understand that every property owner has different needs for their land. Let us help you put your land to work for you!
